Hi there! Mornings are easiest for me to make time. That said, Wednesdays and Fridays are best. Thank you!

Currently I have a near-daily yoga practice, and I most definitely work to live life mindfully (moment by moment) and work to focus on each thing throughout my day, rather than get swept up into auto-pilot. Always a continuous work in progress!

Hi there! My name is Kelley Cook. I am a clinical social worker in Ithaca, NY. I have a private practice in the upstate NY area where I see roughly 20 clients weekly. All of this is virtual now because of the pandemic! My initial introduction to meditation and breathing exercises was when I took a yoga class at Boston University and then I took an MBCT training with Louise Beck at Boston University in 2012; most recently I attended Dr. Sear’s PESI Mindfulness Certificate course this past November in Syracuse, NY. I am looking to gain more practice and knowledge about MBCT, so I can offer the 8-week class to my clients. I am excited to be able to join this online learning community here! I look forward to joining any future live online classes/meetings as they are available!
