How Can I Best Take Care of Myself?

When we are feeling overwhelmed, it is easy to get caught up in our heads, trying to figure out what to do. However, if we can remember to ask ourselves what we need to take care of ourselves first, we will are much more likely to make better decisions when we deal with challenges.
