Thoughts are Not Facts

Our thoughts can seem so real to us. But thoughts are not facts (even the ones that say they are!). They are representations of sounds within our heads. When we recognize this, we can still use thinking to solve problems in our lives, but we are no longer caught up in vicious circles of arguments and thought battles inside our heads.
