Week 5

Allowing/Letting Be

There are many subtle ways that we battle reality with our minds, emotions, and bodies. As the saying goes, we can practice fostering the courage to change the things we can, accept the things we cannot change, and develop the wisdom to know the difference. When we accept reality as it is, even if we do not like it, we free our energy to engage in proactive steps to improving our lives in each moment.
