Gathering the Scattered Mind
By now you have begun to discover just how active our minds are. This is of course not always a bad thing, but when our mind is always scattered, we will lack the attention and focus to deal with things as they are in this moment.
This session introduces a number of new exercises to help us practice gathering the scattered mind, including movement exercises.
