Living in Our Heads
People spend an amazing amount of time living in their heads, which can lead to a sensation that they are missing out as life quickly flies past. While thinking can be very useful, many people do not recognize how much time and energy they spend in thought spirals, or how much thinking affects their mood and emotional states.
Session 2 begins to explore the connection between thinking, emotions, and body sensations.
