Below are 2 complete sets of audio recordings of entire 8-week MBCT courses. They are unedited, other than to delete participant last names, to give a feel for actually being there. Although the clients gave their permission to be recorded, please do not share these recordings or disclose to anyone else what you have heard. They are meant to be additional examples of how these groups are run. Note that these sessions were recorded using the 1st edition of the MBCT protocol, so there may be some minor differences with the current 2nd edition.
Ideally, it would be good to listen to one session each week, and do the home practice assignments in between sessions, in order to deepen your own expertise in mindfulness.
